What is GRANOLA?
GRANOLA is the name of a tasty snack associated with outdoorsy types, but in this case, it is the name of a publication that seeks to break down the doors restraining self-expression. It is kind of like a comic book without a storyline, or a magazine without censor.
You may submit content to GRANOLA anonymously, under an alias, or with complete attribution. It is up to you. Here are some things GRANOLA wants from you:
-Anecdotes
-Short stories
-Articles
-Confessions
-Poems
-Jokes
-Thoughts and other random ideas
Chances are, what you send to GRANOLA will end up in the magazine in some form. After compiling enough to fill a modestly-sized magazine, GRANOLA is printed and also published as a PDF.
GRANOLA believes everybody has a chance to be published and that everybody can benefit from the sharing of ideas. Please stay tuned to this space for all your GRANOLA-relevant updates and information!

That's me! Victor got the idea for GRANOLA one jobless summer in Portland, OR, and has published two issues in the year since its conception. He believes everybody should have a chance to be published, and creative collaboration can be a liberating experience. Kind of like sex, except you don't have to get naked... unless you want to of course.
